Autoplicity was great, I ordered my springs late Monday night and I received a shipment order confirmation number early Wednesday. So basically 1 business day and my order was out the door, pretty impressive. Can't wait 'till it gets here! Thanks Autoplicity!

Best price for the particular part I was ordering. Their staff/customer service is very helpful and polite, but unfortunately their shipping times are lacking. Before ordering on Monday, I called to verify the item was in stock, and asked what shipping method I would need to ensure it would arrive before Saturday. I was told 2nd Day Air. I ordered that same day (around 1pm). The package wasn't shipped until Wednesday evening, AFTER I called and inquired a to why it hasn't moved. What really upset me though was that the package ended up being shipped UPS Ground anyways, to arrive here the very next day. Long story short, I shouldn't have had to pay the extra $20+.

They had the best price on a hitch I was looking for and the shipping was fast also. The hitch was shipped bare except for taping the box of bolts to it thus leaving the hitch open and chipping the paint/powdercoating in quite a few places which I had to touch up before installing.
