I received original factory parts and paid less than the bobo brand carquest, O'Reilly, autozone, and advanced auto sell. Being factory original everything simply unplugged and went Right back together! Very pleased!!! Not to mention I saved $200 on just the one item!! Yea I'll be a regular customer from now on thanks guys.

Order confirmation was unclear. It did not provide the carrier or a tracking number that was recognized by USPS, UPS, of FedEx. Used contact form on website to request clarification, but received no reply. Order took a little longer than expected to ship,

(Best price on the web...even though Google listed a shipping rate slightly lower than actual) My Autoplicity sales associate was great...very helpful, knowledgeable and professional...he even helped make up for the shipping difference by offering a small discount on the shipping.
