Quick and easy. Could have left or right side in description though. Other than that 1 phone call cleared up the left and right confusion and placed my order. Great service. I even used again for my rear Lateral arms I just purchased

Autoplicity has the cheapest prices around. I searched many other sites for this bike rack and Autoplicity was the one with the most competitive price by a long shot. Also, the shipping was very reasonable.
