I chose Autoplicity because they offered the best price on a specific part/tool I was looking for. Even with shipping cost, the total came out to below other online retailers (Amazon, etc.). My product shipped within the day and I am eagerly awaiting it!

Excellent experience. Cheapest price I could possibly find, reasonable shipping cost (other people tried to charge upwards of $20 where I was only charged $14). Shipping was VERY quick. <br><br>I was slightly weary of ordering from Autoplicity as I had never heard of them before but from here on out they will be the first place I check. Could not be happier. <br><br>There is nothing that could have made this experience more enjoyable for me.

Great website with very quick response time and fast shipping. Product arrived as described, however packing fell short of my expectations as manufacturer's box was taped up and components were jarred around during transit causing some pieces to be scratched. Overall, would certainly do business with the company again due to flawless customer service.
