I did receive the parts I ordered in a timely manner. I was not given a confirmation number so I didn't know when to expect my delivery other then that my experience was good.

Autoplicity has the lowest prices. My new shocks were shipped within 24 hours with UPS Ground tracking#. Although I was expecting a closer warehouse than the San Diego one for my product to ship from (I'm in CT), I would still rate 8.5/10 stars.<br><br> The prices were so low that I ordered struts the next day so that I could take advantage of the MONROE rebate by ordering a full set. Good price, the item was drop-shipped from the manufacture. I ordered it on a Friday and I got an e-mail on tuesday saying it was shipped.

I ordered a throttle body spacer from them. They were the cheapest anywhere I've seen. They were very fat at response to my emails. Great place!!
