No complaints. ordered a BAK Industries Truck Bed Cover BakFlip G2 for my Honda Ridgeline on 1/11/12. Package was shipped on 1/13/12 and arrived 1/18/12, delivered undamaged. <br><br>Autoplicity was cheaper than Amazon by about $40 (after shipping), and I didn't need to compromise on service. I would definately use them again.

Autoplicity had the lowest online price for the product I wanted. Being a new product, the listing did not have a shipping weight so the shipping could not be calculated. Had to call customer service to complete the order, but they were eager to help out and seemed to be based in North America. Shipping ended up being higher than expected, but it did arrive in two days via ground. The item was well packed/sealed in a reused box. Overall, a positive experience and quick order processing.

I ordered a Thule 9002 Raceway Bike Carrier on Sunday, April 8 and received the product by Fedex on Wednesday, April 11 with just regular shipping. That is fast service. And the price was $43 cheaper than any other site on the internet (including shipping). I haven't had a chance to use the bike carrier yet but it appears to be new and as advertised with no issues as of this writing. I would definitely recommend this retailer for your next purchase.
