I ordered a new clutch on June 12, and the item shipped the same day. Had the item on time as expected. They also beat all other retailers prices by a significant amount. Their shipping costs were also reasonable. The only issue I experienced is that it is virtually impossible to get order status from their Website if you do not have an account. Anytime I used the link provided in the order confirmation E-Mail would always return an error.

We ordered the 63 Quart ARB Fridge Freezer and we are very pleased with Autoplicity. The order process on the website was quick and easy. The item was shipped out the next day and we received it within one week. This particular item has been difficult to find and we were very pleased with Autoplicity's pricing and shipping. Its amazing the prices Autoplicity is able to offer some of their products at. The product i ordered was consistently msrp on every site i searched through, yet autoplicity had it for $10 less. Lowest price along with a attractive and intuitive website is a win in my book. Having it shipped in less the 24hrs is another bonus

I was planning on ordering a race suit, had lot of questions. The support staff were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and had answers for all my questions. Placed the order online and product shipped the next day. Very happy with the customer service and the whole shopping process in general. Nice shopping experience
