Easy ordering and great product lines. Emailed for an update on a item shipping from the manufacturer warehouse and it took about a week to get any response but it did come thru and the item is on its way.

I have to say I was skeptical at first because autoplicity's price beat everyone by so much! Then I estimated my shipping charges with their system and that too was real cheap for this heavy item I ordered! I ordered it on Sunday and it showed up on Tuesday afternoon! So exceptional pricing meets exceptional shipping and my item is the real thing for a lot less leaves me completely satisfied with this company! They had the best price on a hitch I was looking for and the shipping was fast also. The hitch was shipped bare except for taping the box of bolts to it thus leaving the hitch open and chipping the paint/powdercoating in quite a few places which I had to touch up before installing.
