Autoplicity has the lowest prices. My new shocks were shipped within 24 hours with UPS Ground tracking#. Although I was expecting a closer warehouse than the San Diego one for my product to ship from (I'm in CT), I would still rate 8.5/10 stars.<br><br> The prices were so low that I ordered struts the next day so that I could take advantage of the MONROE rebate by ordering a full set. Good products at a good price!<br>Never bought from them before, so I used Google Checkout, I always get nervous about buying from a new online store, but they came through just fine.<br>Shipping was a little expensive for the product I purchased and the shipping time, but was still cheaper than most anywhere else.<br>$12 to ship an automotive gauge [>2 lbs] and it was a 5 day ship.<br>Otherwise, a very good experience, B+ to A- just because of shipping cost/time.

Very poor info on shipping. Order was sent in 2 separate shipments, but tracking notice indicated everything was sent in one shipment. When I received 1/2 of my order I called & was put on hold for over 20 minutes. The world's WORST music on hold.... Good prices though.
