Could not tell you how the whole experience was. I ordered the nozzle, paid two day shipping and had to cancel the order two weeks later because no one could tell me why it had not shipped. Talked to customer service 3 times and they said they would have check with theme warehouse and I would receive information within 24 hours. Never heard anything.
