I'm not the kind of person that orders things online. I called twice and talk to a rep. Extremely friendly and helpful. Totally made me feel secure about placing my order. I researched for a few days to get the best price. Autoplicity by far had the best price. Thank you so much. My son is going to freak out when he gets his Christmas gift. :)

I ordered a Thule 9002 Raceway Bike Carrier on Sunday, April 8 and received the product by Fedex on Wednesday, April 11 with just regular shipping. That is fast service. And the price was $43 cheaper than any other site on the internet (including shipping). I haven't had a chance to use the bike carrier yet but it appears to be new and as advertised with no issues as of this writing. I would definitely recommend this retailer for your next purchase. Not sure if they overlooked my order but I didn't get my shipping info (3 days after ordered) until I emailed asking for status update. I received a response the following day and all my items ordered came 2 days later...much faster than I had anticipated considering the "delay" or lack thereof (5 days total). Long story short...items are as described, best prices (from what I can researched online for same items/brand) and resonable shipping prices. the selection and brand(s) offered were somewhat limited for my specific needs, otherwise I would've ordered more.
