First off, the price was excellent and they communicate every step of the sale. Shipping was immediate and arrived promptly with the complete order. One observation is the shipping calculator is flaky. I had to revise the order during checkout and noticed it seemed to give a different price each time. 6 cans of satin black $12 add 6 more of gloss, $15 change to 12 of the satin then $24 cancel order and purchase 12 satin then back to $15

Everything was great just the returning could use help. The first ine i ordered was wrong and shipping back to you is more costly than i hoped.

I ordered online with autoplicity via google checkout. It was easy and a real good price compared to other sites. The communication was great every step of the way. Order confirmation, order tracking number and shipping number. Super fast shipping for a heavy item (springs)and was in perfect condition. I Will shop with them again.

received a follow up phone call within a hour letting me know that my order #5153 would be coming from a certian warehouse and about what time it will arrive...Great service!!!highly recommend
