insufficient info presented. Before confirming payment needed to make sure part fit proper side. Info not provided had to call in waited ten minutes. Also when choosing paypal payment it wouldn't transfer. had to log off twice before final completion.

I had a great experience ordering my springs through Autoplicity. I received instant notification of my order as it was placed. Lowest prices around the web and excellent customer service. The only real issue was the wait between placing the order and when it was shipped. Took 4 days but I chalk that up to the large amount of business they due to their prices being so competitive. For the lowest prices that I've seen I didn't mind waiting a bit longer!
