There is no hardware in the box so I am unable to use my product. It's the weekend I'm going to try and call today. Hoping I can get the hardware delivered quickly.

Product not properly packaged two gaskets were completely damaged, and one pipe is dented ! I guess The package was dropped pretty hard , now I have to buy new gaskets to replace the broken ones .

There were some communication issues at the beginning. Some confusion about order numbers and shipping led to a couple days of going back and forth with them. In the end, they made every effort to make sure I was satisfied and that my order was complete and correct. Extremely cheap price, I bet I saved almost $100 on 4 EBC rotors. My only complaint is it took almost 2 weeks for shipping, but it did ship directly from the manufacturer so I can't say that's entirely the fault of Autoplicity.<br><br>Order #28295 on 08/26/2012
