not happy
The item [head gasket] was shipped in a flat cardboard wrapper on which was written "DO NOT BEND", it had been folded back&forth many times. The gasket was destroyed!

Great website with very quick response time and fast shipping. Product arrived as described, however packing fell short of my expectations as manufacturer's box was taped up and components were jarred around during transit causing some pieces to be scratched. Overall, would certainly do business with the company again due to flawless customer service.
