Quality parts at a good price. Fast delivery. Only reason I did not give five stars was that the parts were not packed securely, and the one package broke open and lost one of the nuts that go to the muffler clamp. Now I have to buy another muffler clamp from the auto parts store. Besides that I was very satisfied with my experience.

I ordered a truck bed cover and Autoplicity had the lowest price I could find. I was a bit concerned that the delivery time might be longer than from other suppliers but to my surprise it arrived in just over a week. Customer service was good too. They answered all the questions I had about my order prior to shipment.

There were some communication issues at the beginning. Some confusion about order numbers and shipping led to a couple days of going back and forth with them. In the end, they made every effort to make sure I was satisfied and that my order was complete and correct. Extremely cheap price, I bet I saved almost $100 on 4 EBC rotors. My only complaint is it took almost 2 weeks for shipping, but it did ship directly from the manufacturer so I can't say that's entirely the fault of Autoplicity.<br><br>Order #28295 on 08/26/2012

Almost a perfect score! I was pleased with the customer service but knowledge about their products warranties was lacking. Other than that, the representative that I spoke with on the phone was great. He was friendly and had a good overall knowledge of the products I was asking about. Pointed me in the right direction because I couldn't be happier with my bike rack. They had the best prices, lowest shipping costs, and my order arrived a day early. Great website to work with. I will definitely be doing business again and spreading the word about Autoplicity.com.
