Great price for the product, fast shipping...Completely amazed by this seller. The rack was delivered to my door step in just a few days and the price was unbeatable. I'm really satisfied by the service and happy to have finally found a bike rack worth having!!!

Great product! Don't even think about another battery hold down - this one is strong, light and has the good looks to boot. Saved over $30 on it too.

My order had a delay. I believe this was due to the fact that it was shipping from the manufacturer so I can't really blame Autoplicity. The customer service team did not originally respond to my first e-mail, but they did respond to me once I opened a dispute in PayPal and the issue was resolved. I couldn't find a better price on the part I ordered though (or anything remotely near that price for that matter).
