The site is clear and easy to navigate. With so many places to get what I want online it is easy to make a mistake and buy through a shady site. I was buying an expensive item ($500) and wanted to make sure that I was not going to have issues. I did my research and read many positive reviews before making my purchase through Autoplicity. Autoplicity is as legitimate as they come. Things went very smoothly.

Your website failed when I was originally ordered. I only want 4 spark plugs not five. I had to order twice. Please bill me for 4 spark plugs not 5. Order #284592. Thank you, James

Autoplicity agent was very helpful over the phone. He answered all my questions & even did some research to make me feel comfortable I was getting the appropriate parts I needed for my car. I was very pleased & will shop Autoplicity again.
