Product was well packaged. The only downside to this product is that it does not come with a new manifold gasket or new mounting hardware for the headers.

Great company to do business with! Ordered a Thule 916XTR bike rack for my car and their prices blew away everyone else on the 'net! Very competitive pricing (within best 2-3 prices I could find anywhere online) on a foam kayak carrier kit. Shipping was a little high relative to competition, but base price was good enough that with this stellar reputation on RR, ordering from them seemed the right way to go. Ordered 2/17, received it on 2/20 - so *excellent* performance on the delivery side. Satisfied with my decision to shop here. Will eagerly consider them again in the future.

tried to track package and all i ever got was, your order is being processed.
