The description for the Trimax adjustable receiver hitch did not always include the drop and had to be gleaned from the part number.

Needed some specialty parts to finish up a project, check Summit and it was going to be mid-month before the parts would be in stock...Autoplicity had them in stock and at a MUCH better price. First time customer soon to be a lifelong repeat customer!

PRICE WAS EXCELLENT, PRODUCT WAS EXCELLENT, THREE DAY WAIT TO BE SHIPPED WAS LESS THAN EXCELLENT. YES, I SAW THAT WHEN I ORDERED, $20 FOR TWO DAY SHIPPING WAS A WAIST AS IT TOOK THREE DAYS AND A SUNDAY (4) DAYS PLUS 2 DAYS SHIPPING TIME 6 DAYS.

This was my first time using Autoplicity.com. It was an easy site to navigate. They had everything I was looking for in one place. The prices were reasonable and in the ball park for what I was looking to spend. I received confirmation of my order immediately and an email when my items were shipped.
