Ordering was easy, over the phone or online i was able to find all my parts on Autoplicity conveniently and my order was shipped out in a timely manner. I had concerns that were tended to by a quick phone call and great customer services reps.

It is the way all on-line purchases should go. I got the item in 2 days, even before the email that it had shipped! Only negative is that the shipping cost was 35% the item cost. But it was still less that others with "free" shipping.
