I signed up to "save 20% on shipping now" and never received my email with the discount code. When I called, I was told to call back after my oeder was placed to get refunded the 20% shipping. Not exactly ideal. Why would you promote instant savings and then make the customer wait up to 24hrs before the automated system sends an email? That's not exactly instant!
