These rivets install easily by drilling a 1/4-inch hole, inserting the rivet body, and tapping in the center pin to expand and secure the fastener. For best results in cold weather installations, warm the rivets before use and apply a small amount of plumber's grease to the pin for easier installation and to prevent breakage.

The part description was off by a mile, however the part number and the item recieved were exactly what I wanted and orderd. shipped fast, got parts in two days. Good price on my THU-A90275. Had to contact customer service...they were professional and eventually resolved my concern. Called over the phone and the guy told me he couldn't help me with a coupon/refund, but that I had to contact support via email (I guess the phone support and email support aren't one and the same). It took a couple emails, but eventually they refunded me what was due.
