The part description was off by a mile, however the part number and the item recieved were exactly what I wanted and orderd. shipped fast, got parts in two days. Finaly got e-mail that parts had shipped 7 days after I had received the order, just a little slow in that regard. As long as I get the parts I orderd and quick shipping, cudos to Autoplicity.

I just finished a transaction with this company and decided to write my very first post, based upon my experience with them. To be honest, a few short hours ago I was wary of how this would turn out. There had been a miscommunication with shipping and it started to go down hill. Lo and behold, something happened that is rare today. The company, from top to bottom put all of their efforts together, communicated with me even during a Holiday and rectified the situation. Not only would I recommend Autoplicity to others but implore potential customers to use them confidently. Their work ethics and customer service is top notch and I am very grateful for my renewed trust that there is more than just big box, fast food companies out there. Thank you again!!

Good price on my THU-A90275. Had to contact customer service...they were professional and eventually resolved my concern. Called over the phone and the guy told me he couldn't help me with a coupon/refund, but that I had to contact support via email (I guess the phone support and email support aren't one and the same). It took a couple emails, but eventually they refunded me what was due.
