Awlgrip T0202Q Awlwood MA Spray Reducer - Quart

The Awlgrip T0202Q Awlwood MA Spray Reducer is a fast-evaporating thinner engineered exclusively for use with the Awlwood MA clear topcoat system. Specially formulated to work within the Awlwood MA solvent chemistry, this reducer lowers the viscosity of the finish for smooth, consistent spray application — particularly in cold conditions where the product may thicken.

Key Features:

• Fast-evaporating formula reduces viscosity for improved spray atomization
• Specifically engineered for the Awlwood MA solvent system — do not substitute with other Awlgrip or general-purpose thinners
• Add up to 10% by volume as needed to achieve proper sprayable viscosity
• Can be used as a surface cleaner between coats if contamination is suspected
• Useful for flushing brushes rinsed with T0200 Brush Cleaner prior to use with Awlwood MA
• Helps restore brushes stiffened by partially cured Awlwood MA mid-job
• Once opened, shelf life is 3 months

Application Tip: Before adding reducer, try gently warming the tin to a maximum of 30°C — this alone can significantly drop viscosity and may reduce the amount of reducer needed, minimizing the risk of solvent entrapment.

The T0202Q is sold as a quart (1 Qt) and is compatible exclusively with Awlwood MA products. It should not be used with or added to any other Awlgrip-branded coatings.
