Product Details

The AP 010253 is a gas spring strut designed to provide smooth, controlled lift support for hatches, lids, engine covers, and storage compartments. This gas prop features an extended length of 17.13 inches, making it suitable for medium to large lift applications in automotive, marine, RV, and industrial environments.

Key Features:

  • Extended length of 17.13 inches for versatile mounting applications
  • Gas-charged cylinder provides consistent lifting force throughout stroke
  • Durable construction for reliable performance in demanding conditions
  • Smooth operation reduces slamming and provides controlled motion
  • Universal design works with various hatch and lid configurations

Gas springs eliminate the need for manual propping and provide safer, more convenient access to storage areas and compartments. The controlled extension and compression action protects both the lid and the contents beneath from sudden impacts.

great price

Ordering went smooth!

Easy to use website, great prices!

So far so good

Excellent prices and fast shipping. Recommended. Saved $200 on an exhaust system compared to a major discount auto retailer. Cheapest prices I found online by far. It took a couple of days to process my order, which may have been due to the manufacturer,

Thanks

I recently ordered 2 autometer gauges for my truck from Autoplicity. The order arrived 3 days later on my door step. The gauges are beautiful and I cant wait to install them.. Thanks Autoplicity!
