The JR Products GSNI-6642 is a heavy-duty gas spring designed to assist with opening and securely holding open doors, hatches, or platforms on RVs, trailers, and other recreational vehicles. This gas-charged lift support provides smooth, controlled motion and reliable support for lightweight access panels and storage compartments.
Key Specifications:
This gas spring is ideal for replacing worn or damaged lift supports on RV exterior storage bays, entry doors, baggage compartments, and fold-down platforms. The plastic socket ends allow for easy installation with standard ball studs or mounting brackets. Gas springs like this eliminate the need for manual prop rods and provide years of maintenance-free operation.
