The Whitecap Industries 6970C is a versatile spring-loaded cleat designed for secure rope management on boats and marine applications. Constructed from corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel, this cleat provides reliable performance in harsh marine environments.

** Update 4/18/2012<br>Everything arrived in several different shipments. I did experience a problem with some FelPro Headbolts that I had ordered. I ordered two and only received one, but after a short phone call with Paul from shipping, the problem was fixed and my second set of bolts were shipped.<br><br>They had the cheapest price that I could find on several products. I did not like the order confirmations on there website as I had to copy and paste to search for my tracking number. I am supposed to receive my order today and I am scared because the two weights do not match up. Autoplicity says 37.7 pounds and fedex says 3.8 pounds. Maybe there is more than one tracking number and I just do not know.
