Engineered through extensive computer modeling, this 30mm double block replaces traditional metal components with high-strength composites, achieving one of the highest strength-to-weight ratios in its class without compromising durability.

Advanced Two-Stage Bearing System:

• High compression acetal orbital ball bearings migrate to loaded areas of the sheave for smooth operation under light to moderate loads
• PTFE-impregnated nylon bearing with carbon fiber reinforcement handles higher static loads efficiently
• UV-resistant acetal sheave compatible with conventional double-braid and high-tech 12-strand lines

Lightweight Construction:

• Glass fiber reinforced nylon cheeks and head design reduce weight while maintaining strength
• Thinner cheeks between sheaves separate lines effectively while minimizing weight
• Hollow bearing at sheave center serves as integrated becket for added versatility
• Can be converted to soft attachment using Dyneema link (Ronstan RF9003-70 sold separately)
