The prices were so much better with Autoplicity I couldn't believe it was the same item. E-mail response came within an hours. Will buy from again.<br><br>Ok, the verdict's still out on this one. Autoplicity said my item was shipped two days ago (two days after ordered), but FEDEX indicates they've only received "shipment information", after four days. I'll follow up when I actually see the order.

Shipping was a little high relative to competition, but base price was good enough that with this stellar reputation on RR, ordering from them seemed the right way to go. Ordered 2/17, received it on 2/20 - so *excellent* performance on the delivery side. Satisfied with my decision to shop here. Will eagerly consider them again in the future.

Pretty darn easy

Great prices, reasonable shipping costs. Shipped within 3 days of order. Didn't receive discount for valid coupon code (25OffShipping). No response to 2 emails. No indication of expected delivery date. Lots of unknowns but you can't beat the pricing.
