The Sierra 18-5266 Ignition Tune-Up Kit is a purpose-built distributor cap and rotor service kit designed specifically for Sierra's Billet Hi-Performance Flame Thrower electronic distributors. This kit bundles the essential ignition wear components into one convenient package, eliminating guesswork and ensuring a proper fit every time.

Kit Contents:

  • Distributor cap (female/socket style, clamp-down attachment)
  • Distributor rotor

Compatible Flame Thrower Distributors:

  • 18-5481 — V8 351 Windsor engines
  • 18-5482 — V8 351 Cleveland, 351M, 400, 429, and 460 engines
  • 18-5483 — Chevrolet Small and Big Block with standard deck height
  • 18-5477 — V8 302 engines
  • 18-5479 — GM V8 engines with reverse rotation

Note: This kit is not compatible with HEI or EST distributor configurations.

Finding the part, and ordering it was great. But UPS dropped the otherwise phenomenal ball... Ordered the item on Wednesday... got it the next MONDAY. I ordered it Second Day Air. Then I find out, "Oh, it's Second BUSINESS Day Air... we don't work on weekends." Well, it was a critical auto part, that's why I ordered it Second Day Air... but they were unconcerned. If I were to order from here again it would only be if I could choose some other option of delivery, like USPS... they actually DO deliver on the weekends.

I'm a stickler for finding the best prices on my purchases, while also making sure that the products I buy are legit and not some cheapo knock-offs.<br>I did my homework on the Clutch Stage 2 kit I wanted for my Spec V and found that Autoplicity had the best price anywhere, even a spot where I had 10% off came out to be more expensive.<br><br>I received my Clutch Stage 2 clutch kit pretty quickly (about 1 week) and everything was as expected.<br><br>Overall I would rate Autoplicity a perfect 10, although I did not have to contact their customer service or initiate a return, so the '10' would be on product selection, communication, website experience, and overall feeling that I got the best deal out there.<br><br>Thanks!
