About Alpha Systems LLC
Founded in 1984 and headquartered in Elkhart, Indiana — the undisputed RV manufacturing capital of the world — Alpha Systems LLC has spent four decades earning a reputation as one of the most trusted names in recreational vehicle components. What began as a manufacturer of construction sealants and adhesives has grown into a vertically integrated operation spanning roofing membranes, molded plastic products, adhesives, insulation, and more, serving the RV, marine, and manufactured housing industries.
Alpha Systems built its early credibility through a commitment to process innovation. In 1994, the company introduced thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing membranes to the RV market — a move that helped establish it as a leader in membrane roofing systems that continues to this day. The company expanded further into precision plastics in 1997 through an injection molding acquisition, then added blow molding capabilities in 2009, enabling production of larger parts including high-quality fresh water and holding tanks. A second, larger injection molding operation was folded into the Elkhart campus in 2012, doubling capacity and broadening the product lineup.
Today, Alpha Systems operates multiple divisions across more than half a million square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space. A dedicated, full-time research and development team continuously monitors manufacturing processes and develops new products — allowing Alpha to offer custom solutions to OEMs, dealers, distributors, and national retailers alike.
