At the core of Ameri-Kart's manufacturing process are two industry-leading techniques: rotational molding (rotomolding) and thermoforming. For RV owners, Ameri-Kart's Water & Waste Tanks are rotationally molded from durable polyethylene and engineered to handle the rigors of the road. Fresh water tanks are FDA-compliant for potable water, while gray and black water tanks are designed for reliable wastewater containment with options for high, medium, and low sensor probe compatibility. On the marine side, tanks are constructed to meet federal regulation 33 CFR 159, built from heavy-duty black LLDPE for enhanced durability and odor control in harsh on-water environments.

For waste management systems, Ameri-Kart's Holding Tanks & Waste Treatment Systems cover both gray water (sinks and showers) and black water (onboard septic) containment.
