Product Details

The Springfield Marine Power-R Taper-Lock Pedestal combines innovative quick-release technology with smooth power-adjustable height control for maximum versatility on the water. Originally designed in 1982, the Taper-Lock system allows the pedestal to be quickly removed from its base while remaining firmly secured during use.

Key Features:

  • Power height adjustment travels from 13-1/2" to 20" at the touch of a lever
  • Fool-proof activation by simply lifting up or pushing down on the handle—an exclusive Springfield design
  • Full 360-degree swivel for optimal positioning
  • Quick-release Taper-Lock system with DuPont Delrin bushing for secure fit and easy removal
  • Locking tab prevents pedestal rotation and keeps post firmly secured
  • Diecast aluminum seat mount with durable black powder-coat finish
  • Stainless steel sleeve protects the cylinder from corrosion

The patented Taper-Lock design features a precision-molded bushing that matches a corresponding taper in the base socket, ensuring a snug connection that disengages easily when needed. Ideal for boats where seat removal is frequently required for storage or access to below-deck compartments.

I was kept informed through the entire time from purchase to delivery. Product was in perfect condition upon arrival. Time will tell if they last or not

only place i could find it.

you offer motorcycle parts but you can not look them up on your site and verify they will work.they arived very quickly and worked well

Good

The product came at the very last minute. So we had to do something different plus the "return" directions on the website were not clear, i.e. the return process is not easily executed.

First time that I have tried Autoplicity. Best price on the brand/part that I really wanted. Fast turnaround, and they have great customer service. Will use again. Highly recomend!
