Sierra 116-250-1145 Shieldsflex II Marine Water/Exhaust Hose Hoses - 1-1/4 25ft

The Sierra 116-250-1145 is a 25-foot length of Shieldsflex II Series 250 marine water/exhaust hose with a 1-1/4" (32mm) inner diameter. Engineered for demanding marine environments, this wire-reinforced hose delivers reliable performance in wet exhaust and water circulation applications where flexibility and chemical resistance are essential.

Key Features:

• Construction: Black synthetic rubber inner tube and cover with a 2-ply build
• Reinforcement: Wire helix embedded between plies of heavy-duty synthetic cord for crush and collapse resistance
• Chemical Resistance: Resistant to exhaust fumes, ozone, mild chemicals, antifreeze, and saltwater
• Abrasion & Odor Resistant: Protects against abrasion wear and odor permeation from engine exhaust and holding tank gases
• Temperature Range: -20°F to +200°F continuous; up to +250°F intermittent
• Bend Radius: 5 × I.D. — suited for moderate bends and long runs
• Dimensions: 1-1/4" I.D. (32mm) / 1-19/32" O.D. (40mm)
• Certification: Meets SAE J2006 Type R2 standards with double the ozone resistance required by SAE J2006
• Length: 25 feet

Common applications include engine water intake, wet exhaust connections (especially where bends or extended runs are required), bilge pump intake/discharge, scupper lines, toilet intake/discharge, and holding tank vent/pump-out lines. This hose is not recommended for tight-radius bends.
