Megaware KeelGuard 02638 ScuffBuster Standard Notched Bow Guard 5.75" x 4.5" Stainless Steel

The Megaware KeelGuard ScuffBuster™ Standard Notched Bow Guard (02638) is a precision-cut, mirror-polished stainless steel shield designed to protect your boat's bow from the scuffs, scratches, and abrasions caused by trailer rollers, bow rollers, and docking contact. The notched design accommodates bow eye bolts, making it an ideal fit for boats equipped with a stern or bow eye hardware.

Key Features:

• Anti-corrosive 22-gauge 304 stainless steel construction with a mirror-polished finish for lasting durability and a clean, professional appearance
• Notched design provides a precise cutout to fit around bow eye bolts without interference
• Standard size: 5.75" x 4.5" — ideal for most standard-size boat bows and V-shaped hulls with minimal curvature
• 3M® pressure-sensitive adhesive backing for a strong, secure bond directly to your hull — no drilling or special tools required
• Flexible construction easily bends to conform to your boat's hull shape for a custom, flush fit
• Protects gelcoat on fiberglass and most aluminum boats from trailer roller marring and everyday wear
• Can cover minor existing bow scratches or light surface damage when bonding surface is smooth and stable
• One-year warranty from date of purchase

Installation is simple and DIY-friendly: clean and prep the bow surface to remove dirt, wax, and oils; pre-bend the guard to match your hull's contour; peel the adhesive backing; press firmly into position; and use a rubber mallet to fully activate the pressure-sensitive adhesive.

The Megaware ScuffBuster Notched Bow Guard is a cost-effective solution for boaters who want to preserve their hull's appearance and protect their investment during trailering, launching, and docking.
