Product Details

The Cole Hersee M-485-BP is a heavy-duty push button switch designed for marine, automotive, and industrial applications requiring momentary contact operation. This Single Pole Single Throw (SPST) switch features normally-off operation with momentary-on activation when the button is depressed, automatically returning to the off position via spring return mechanism.

Key Features:

  • SPST configuration with two positions: off and momentary on
  • Gasket-sealed case provides protection against moisture and dust intrusion
  • 5/8"-32 threaded mounting stem, 1" long for secure installation
  • Accommodates panel thickness up to 3/4"
  • Two brass terminals for reliable electrical connections
  • Spring return mechanism ensures automatic return to off position
  • On state maintained only while button is depressed

Ideal for applications requiring momentary control such as starter circuits, horn activation, accessory lighting, and other temporary electrical functions. The sealed construction makes this switch suitable for harsh environments including marine and off-road applications.
