The Cook Manufacturing 65302 PL-65HS is a high-speed hydraulic transom jack plate that raises V-6 300hp and smaller outboard motors in approximately 8 seconds, twice as fast as the standard PL-65 model. Ideal for high-speed positioning of your outboard motor, this hydraulic jack plate provides 5-1/2 inches of setback from the transom for improved performance and propeller efficiency.
