The Cook Manufacturing 65302 PL-65HS is a high-speed hydraulic transom jack plate that raises V-6 300hp and smaller outboard motors in approximately 8 seconds, twice as fast as the standard PL-65 model. Ideal for high-speed positioning of your outboard motor, this hydraulic jack plate provides 5-1/2 inches of setback from the transom for improved performance and propeller efficiency.

The hydraulic actuator is fully accessible without removing the engine, simplifying maintenance and service. The patented roller design minimizes friction, extends wear life, reduces maintenance requirements, and virtually eliminates binding problems common with other transom jacks. Mounting hardware is included. This unit does not include a position indicator gauge.
