Awlgrip T0167G Standard VOC Exempt Spray Reducer - Gallon

The Awlgrip T0167G Standard VOC Exempt Spray Reducer is a standard-evaporation, VOC-exempt reducer formulated specifically for use with Awlcraft 2000 topcoat systems. Designed to meet stringent VOC compliance requirements in the US, this reducer helps keep the fully mixed system at or below 490 g/L (4.09 lb/gal) when used as directed, making it an ideal choice for applications in VOC-regulated areas.

Key Features:

• VOC-exempt formula for use with Awlcraft 2000 topcoats
• Standard evaporation rate — ideal for moderate temperature spray application conditions
• Compatible with G3039 Awlcat #5 and G3038 Awlcat #4 spray converters
• Helps maintain full VOC compliance when mixed in proper ratios
• Available in gallon size (T0167G)

Mixing Ratio (Awlcraft 2000): 2 parts Base : 1 part G303X Converter : 3/4 part T0167 Reducer by volume. For standard air-atomized spray application, up to 25% reducer addition is typical, adjusted to achieve proper spray viscosity. Actual reduction level will vary by color and application conditions.

Important: This product is considered hazardous material when shipped by air. Always consult the Awlgrip product data sheet and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use. This reducer is sold separately from the base coat and converter components.
