Installation:

This electronic tachometer operates by counting pulses generated by your engine's ignition system, alternator, tach signal generator, or magnetic pickup sender. Simply connect to +12VDC power, ground, and your chosen signal source, then set the selector switch on the back panel to match your engine's pulse configuration. This ensures accurate RPM readings by letting the tachometer know how many pulses correspond to each engine revolution.
