Product Details

The Leland 840AMU-86121Z is a manual re-arming kit designed to restore your inflatable life jacket (PFD) to full, ready-to-deploy condition after deployment or inspection. Compatible with Halkey-Roberts 6F inflators and 840 Series manual pull inflators, this kit is a must-have safety maintenance item for any boater relying on an inflatable PFD.

What's Included:

  • One 38-gram CO2 cylinder with 3/8" threaded neck
  • Green indicator pin/clip (status indicator)
  • Step-by-step rearming instructions

Key Features:

  • Manual inflator type — designed for manual pull-tab PFD mechanisms only; not for use with auto-inflating PFDs
  • 38g CO2 capacity — appropriate size for compatible life vest bladders
  • 3/8" threaded cylinder neck — ensures secure, correct fitment to the inflator mechanism
  • Compatible with older model SOSpenders, Stearns, and Mustang Survival inflatable life vests/PFDs
  • Leland CO2 cylinders are warranted to be free from defects and leakage for up to three years under proper storage conditions

Important Safety Notes:

  • This product is single-use only — once the CO2 cartridge is punctured, it must be replaced before the PFD is considered serviceable again
  • Always verify compatibility with your specific PFD model by consulting your life jacket's owner's manual before rearming
  • Using an incorrect rearming kit can compromise the performance of your PFD and may be dangerous
  • Do not expose to temperatures above 120°F (50°C) or direct sunlight for extended periods; do not incinerate

UPC: 723965380009. Part letter designation: D (840AMU-86121Z). Regular rearming keeps your inflatable life jacket in compliance and ready for use every season.

As advertised and received the tires within a week. Thank you

I never received anything about shipping so I contacted customer support. They said it was a direct shipment and they would check on it for me and get back to me. I never heard back from them. Shortly after that I did receive a message from the carrier saying they have my shipment and scheduled a delivery. They said they would call me 30 mins before the delivery so I could get off work and come to inspect it before signing for it. That didnt' happen either my wife called me first thing in the morning and say they are here delivering it now so I had to run home so I could inspect it. The driver was really nice and waited for me to get there.

Thanks

I found the site affordable, easy to navigate, and fast shipping

Found exact part i needed and price reasonable, I paid extra for 2day shipping and it was on time, I would order parts from boatpility again.
