Leland V80040-00003 Halkey-Roberts Water-Activated Replacement Bobbins for Inflatable PFDs 3-Pack

The Leland V80040-00003 is a 3-pack of water-activated replacement bobbins designed for use with Halkey-Roberts automatic and auto/manual inflatable PFD inflator mechanisms. These yellow bobbins are a critical safety component in any automatic life jacket or inflatable vest — when immersed in water, the bobbin dissolves, releasing a spring-loaded puncture pin that pierces the CO₂ cylinder and inflates the PFD.

Compatible Inflator Models:

• Halkey-Roberts V85000 Auto Inflator
• Halkey-Roberts V86000 Auto Inflator
• Halkey-Roberts V90000 Auto/Manual Inflator
• Halkey-Roberts V95000 Auto/Manual Inflator

Key Features:

• Pack of 3 water-activated yellow bobbins (MPN: V80040-00003)
• Bobbins are rated good for five years from the manufacturer's date
• Recommended replacement interval: every 3 years for recreational use
• Expiration date is printed directly on the bobbin assembly
• Compatible replacements for Stearns, SOSpenders, Onyx, and West Marine bobbins
• UPC: 723965800408

Important Safety Notes:

• These bobbins are a component replacement only and do not constitute a complete PFD rearming kit
• Always verify your life jacket's inflation system model before purchasing to ensure compatibility
• Manufacturers recommend replacing bobbins on a regular schedule to prevent inadvertent inflation or inflation failure
• Using incorrect components in your PFD inflation system can be dangerous

Always refer to the label inside your inflatable PFD to confirm the inflator model and the correct replacement components required.
