Timbren Industries FRTT1504E SES Suspension Enhancement System

The Timbren Industries FRTT1504E SES (Suspension Enhancement System) is a progressive, load-leveling suspension upgrade designed to improve vehicle stability and control when towing trailers or hauling heavy cargo. This system uses hollow rubber springs made from Aeon® rubber that activate progressively under load, providing additional support exactly when needed without affecting unloaded ride quality.

Key Features:

• Aeon® hollow rubber spring technology provides progressive load support
• No air lines, compressors, or maintenance required—100% maintenance-free operation
• Installs directly to existing mounting points with no drilling or modifications
• Engages only under load, maintaining factory ride quality when unloaded
• Reduces rear-end sag, body roll, and trailer sway
• Improves braking stability and steering control under heavy loads
• Lifetime warranty on rubber springs

The SES system works by positioning the Aeon® rubber springs between the frame and axle. When weight is added, the suspension compresses and engages the rubber springs, which progressively stiffen to support the additional load. This design eliminates the need for air bags, air compressors, or any ongoing maintenance while providing reliable load support for years of towing and hauling.
