Timbren Industries DF25004F SES Suspension Enhancement System

The Timbren Industries DF25004F SES (Suspension Enhancement System) is a heavy-duty suspension upgrade designed to provide superior load support and stability for trucks and commercial vehicles. This system uses hollow rubber springs that replace or supplement your vehicle's factory bump stops, offering progressive spring rate support that engages only when you need it most.

Key Features:

• Hollow rubber spring design replaces factory bump stops for improved load capacity
• Progressive spring rate automatically adjusts to load weight—no air lines, compressors, or adjustments needed
• Reduces body roll, sway, and rear-end squat when towing or hauling heavy loads
• Maintenance-free operation with no air bladders, moving parts, or fluid to leak
• Easy bolt-on installation with no drilling or modifications required
• Provides smoother ride quality compared to traditional add-a-leaf or overload springs
• Helps maintain proper headlight aim and reduces wear on factory suspension components

The SES system is ideal for contractors, RV towers, and anyone who regularly hauls heavy cargo or trailers. The aer-flex rubber springs compress gradually under load, providing support exactly when needed while maintaining factory ride quality when unloaded. This system helps extend the life of your vehicle's suspension while improving safety and handling during demanding towing and hauling applications.
