Boundary BP-S1 Assembled Oil Pump with Billet Gears for Mazda BP Engine

The Boundary BP-S1 is a precision-engineered oil pump assembly designed for 1991.5-2000 Mazda Miata and Ford Escort GT vehicles equipped with the 1.6L/1.8L BP non-VVT engine. This premium pump starts with a fully torn down and inspected factory housing that is then assembled with Boundary's proprietary billet oil pump gears and sealed to exacting specifications.

• Assembly lubricant pre-applied to all critical surfaces for fast oil flow on startup
• Each pump is blue-printed and includes a specification sheet documenting clearances
• Configurable shim options available (0-5 shims) to adjust oil pressure from 60-90 PSI
• Optional high-flow billet backplate available for applications running over 7000 RPM consistently

The BP-S1 is ideal for street and strip applications running standard engine clearances under 8000 RPM. Manufactured in-house at Boundary's Dallas, TX facility using state-of-the-art CNC equipment, this oil pump provides superior strength, increased mid-range oil pressure, and proven reliability in engines producing up to 550hp/L. Note that crank seal is not included and must be purchased separately. Not recommended for 2001-2005 VVT motors.
