The Boundary BP-S2 is a precision-engineered Stage 2 high-flow oil pump assembly designed for Ford/Mazda BP I4 engines (1991.5-2005), including Mazda Miata, Ford Escort GT, and other BP-powered applications. This performance oil pump features upgraded billet steel gears and increased flow capacity to protect high-performance and racing engines.

Stage 2 Performance Upgrades:

• Machined Housing: Deeper pump pocket machined to accommodate larger gears for increased overall flow
• Billet Steel Gears: 4140 billet steel construction provides nearly 110,000 PSI yield strength versus less than 6,000 PSI in OEM powdered metal gears
• Increased Pressure: Factory shimmed with 2 shims to raise maximum warm pressure from 60 PSI to 72 PSI
• Enhanced Mid-Range Protection: Larger gears increase mid-range oil pressure and ensure VVT system compatibility
