The Edelbrock 7561 RPM Air-Gap intake manifold is engineered for street performance on 396-502 cubic inch Big Block Chevy V8 engines equipped with large oval-port cylinder heads from 1975 and earlier, or Edelbrock Performer/Performer RPM heads. This 2-O plane manifold incorporates proven race-winning Air-Gap technology that creates an open air space separating the intake runners from the hot engine oil in the lifter valley.

Key Features:

  • Air-Gap design isolates runners from engine heat for cooler, denser air charge and increased horsepower
  • Dual-plane design delivers strong mid-range torque and excellent throttle response for street applications
  • Includes rear water outlets for simplified cooling system routing
  • Two distributor clamp locations provide installation flexibility
  • Nitrous bosses pre-drilled for easy nitrous oxide system installation
  • Compatible with all late-model alternator and A/C brackets
  • Square bore carburetor flange only

Important Notes: This manifold will not fit under the stock hood on C2/C3 Corvettes, 1964-67 Chevelles, or 1967-81 Camaros due to increased height. No provision for exhaust-heated chokes or exhaust crossover passages, making this a dedicated performance intake.
