The Edelbrock 7581 Performer RPM Air-Gap intake manifold is engineered for street and high-performance Ford 351W small block Windsor V8 engines from 351 to 427 cubic inches. This dual-plane, high-rise intake features the innovative Air-Gap design that separates the intake runners from the hot engine valley with an open air space, keeping the air/fuel mixture significantly cooler for increased density and more power.
Key Features:
Important Notes: No provisions for exhaust-heated chokes or exhaust crossover. Requires 12-bolt intake gasket set (Edelbrock #7220 recommended). Use RTV sealant for end seals—do not use end seal gaskets. Hardened washers must be used with intake bolts. May require small base diameter distributors to clear certain thermostat housings. Cast and machined in the USA.
