Interlux Paint 5608630 Trilux 33 Antifouling Bottom Paint Blue Gallon

Interlux Trilux 33 is specially formulated to be a safe and effective antifouling paint for use on aluminum boats, outdrives and outboards. It's also excellent for use on fiberglass, wood, steel and primed aluminum underwater surfaces. This copper-free formula prevents galvanic corrosion, making it a top choice for metal surfaces.

Advanced Dual Biocide Technology:

• Multi-season antifouling protection using a combination of two biocides – cuprous thiocyanate to fight hard growth, and Interlux's Biolux (3.4% zinc pyrithione) for control of soft slime and algal growth
• Contains 17% cuprous thiocyanate and 3.4% zinc pyrithione
• Provides long-lasting defense against marine growth in both saltwater and freshwater environments

Key Features:

• Hard ablative formulation that erodes very slowly, helping to decrease paint build-up as subsequent coats are applied – especially suitable for high speed boats
• Available in very bright colors due to the use of cuprous thiocyanate
• Theoretical coverage is 440 ft²/gallon by brush; 2 coats recommended, 3 on bare wood
• Low sheen finish with 55% solids by volume
• Suitable for moderate fouling in warmer salt, brackish, or fresh waters

Application:

Apply using brush, 3/8" nap solvent resistant roller, or conventional or airless spray. All metal surfaces must be primed with Interprotect 2000E/2001E Epoxy Barrier Coat, or anti-corrosive Primocon Metal Primer. VOC: 390 g/lt.
