Interlux Fiberglass Bottomkote NT (New Technology) is formulated with unique Dual Resin Technology that provides the benefits of both hard and ablative antifouling paints. This universal durable, fast-dry antifouling paint delivers the benefits of both paint types for use on all power and sailboats.

Key Features:

  • Has the durability of a traditional hard paint with a slow polishing mechanism that continuously smooths and renews the active surface
  • Fast dry formula allows the boat to be painted and launched in the same day
  • Coverage of 400 square feet per gallon at 2 mils dry film thickness
  • Provides clean stable colors for effective season-long protection
  • Can be applied over most other antifouling paints provided the old coating is tightly adhered

Application Details:

  • Suitable for fiberglass, wood, and properly primed metals; do not use on aluminum
  • Application methods: brush, roller, or airless spray
  • Application temperature: 50°F (10°C) and above
  • Dry times at 75°F: Touch dry in 1 hour, dry to overcoat in 2 hours, dry to launch in 6 hours
  • Minimum 2 coats required at 4 mils wet film thickness per coat

Bottomkote NT can be used in fresh, salt, and brackish waters. This product weighs 3.7 lbs per gallon and comes in a convenient one-gallon container. Color code YBB349 indicates the Red color variant.
